Koalas painted just because they are precious and endangered. Koalas have been on my mind to paint and finally had a chance and love the way the painting turned out with looser brush strokes and a few colors. Painted on Arches 140 lb. paper using Daniel Smith watercolors. Size is 12x9 inches.
California artist, Hilda Vandergriff, learned to draw and paint from art teachers at College of The Sequoias, has taken many workshops on the Central Coast and at The Door Gallery. Hilda's art inspiration is nature; insects, flowers, animals and landscapes.
