Blue Agave Cactus and succulents watercolor painting using Daniel Smith watercolors. This is a second series of cactus and succulent paintings, which I have started. This original size is 12x9 inches, but you can order in different sizes and on different materials.
About Hilda Vandergriff
California artist, Hilda Vandergriff, learned to draw and paint from art teachers at College of The Sequoias, has taken many workshops on the Central Coast and at The Door Gallery. Hilda's art inspiration is nature; insects, flowers, animals and landscapes. She looks for the beauty in all her subject matter that ultimately will translate into an original cherished piece of artwork. My pastels are rich velvety colors for exotic looking orchids. The watercolor paintings are a variety of animals, insects, and flowers inspiration from nature and travels. The dragonfly for me is a joy to paint and add to my paintings. They bring me happiness.
